DECLARATION OF THE DIRECTION In the time of creation of AIXIA , majority of the employees had a lot of experiences in the field of semi-conductors and mass production automotive industry. These were the two major sectors determining quality. Till now we were working with quality the way it has been taught to us. Today we know that this perception of quality could not be sufficient. Our ambition to better satisfy customer needs and the external pressure to make high quality products demand a lot of rigorous work in formalization of our actions. Based on the organization model ISO 9001 I have created the basic rules of our quality policy. The reinforcement of communication system and employee's formation will permit to control development, enhance reliability and realization time of produ cts. I delegate Mr LUNEAU, responsible for quality, the responsibility to implement necessary basic rules of this policy to assure an optimization of requested quality and its correct comprehension and application.
